Fully renovated building with 3 apartments for rent (Unit#1, Unit#2, Unit#3). Interior Renovations include, new refrigerator and gas stove range, tile flooring, bathrooms, electrical fixtures, lighting, and refinished wood floors throughout. The building is currently going through a major renovation that will include all of the following:
1. All new windows being installed in the entire building (41 in total)
2. All new Vinyl siding is being installed on the entire exterior of the house (including wrapping all facia, soffit, and window trim)
3. Centralized Network Switch to host the following:
a. 4 Hardwired Wireless Access Points (WAP's) - these will provide up to 1G Wifi throughout the entire building with no lag.
b. 2 Hardwired POE (Power Over Ethernet) security cameras (one in front to monitor the entrance doors and one in back to monitor the rear entrance door)
4. New 36" Exterior Doors (2 for the front entrance and 1 for the rear entrance)
5. Stacked Washer/Dryer Center will be installed in all 3 units so every Unit will have its own dedicated Washer/Dryer (No shared Washer/Dryer or need to go to a laundromat)
6. 3 New LED motion detection Flood lights to provide additional security to the whole building all all 4 sides.
7. New Thermostat wiring being installed allowing each unit's heating system to be controlled by a Nest WiFi Thermostat.
Unit#1 and Unit#3 have 3 very large bedrooms, living room, kitchen, full bathroom, and pantry. In addition, there is plenty of shared outdoor space outback. Unit#1 has a front porch area with 8x12 dimensions and Unit#3 has a very small front porch area that is 5x5. There is limited parking behind the building and plenty of street parking. These are very spacious apartments that are steps from Providence College. The length of the lease is 12 months and you would be the first tenants moving into this newly renovated apartment. Unit#2 has 2 very large bedrooms, living room, kitchen, full bathroom, pantry, and study room. In addition, Unit#2 has a front porch area with 8x12 dimensions.
Unit#1 has a dedicated front door entrance where Unit#2 & Unit#3 have a shared front door entrance to a common stairwell. The rear door is share by all 3 unit's and enters to the common stairwell.
